What is the most rewarding thing about your role?
Seeing patients reach their health goals, guiding them through their chronic conditions and being there to support them in difficult times of their lives while celebrating the wins. I enjoy collaborating with the doctors and all team members at Hasting Family Medical Centre and I’m really proud of the nursing team that I now manage.
What is the one thing you could not go without on a daily basis?
Coffee of course

I would be an artist
What advice do you have for someone who aspires to a leadership role?
Take any opportunity given to you and trust that you can absolutely do it. Nobody is an excellent leader overnight; it takes time and patience with yourself. I certainly have lots to learn still.
