We believe everyone should have access to great family healthcare and so we BULK BILL all patients with a valid Medicare card at all times.

We are Open 7 Days a week, 365 days a year.

Our Doctors

It is advisable to find one or two doctors you feel most comfortable with so they can get to know you and your medical history. This helps our doctors to work with you better to make the best possible decisions about your health. We encourage you to request the doctor of your choice when making a booking.

When selecting your GP, you may wish to consider whether their working hours are convenient for you, whether their bedside manner suits you and any special interests they have.

Dear patients,

After much consideration, we would like to inform you that as of 7th of October 2024, we will be moving from a bulk billing to a full-fee mixed billing model.

This has been a difficult decision but we feel this is the appropriate time for the clinic to consider such a change. We understand that this change may cause some concern amongst patients, but we want to assure you that we remain committed to providing the highest standard of care to our valued patients and community.

For our valued patients this means that on the day you will be required to pay in full for your consultation. All Medicare rebates will be processed immediately back into your account if you have a clinic appointment.

We will continue to bulk bill children under 16, pensioners and HCC holders Monday to Sunday from 8am to 12am.

Our friendly reception team will be able to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the change.

Our Hastings clinic has played a vital role in providing the highest quality of healthcare to the local community for the past 9 years and will continue to do so.
