What is the most rewarding thing about your role?
For me, the single most rewarding aspect is the interaction with people. To play a part in career growth for staff and contribute to excellent patient care for our communities.

I’m a dessert lover!
What is the most interesting place you have visited?
Mount Yasur – Volcano on the island of Tanna, Vanuatu. Standing on the top of a live volcano is incredibly interesting.
If you were not a Practice Manager, what would you be?
Hmmm, an astronaut would be pretty cool.
What advice do you have for someone who aspires to a leadership role?
Your primary goal as a leader is to set an example, be the type of leader you would want to follow.
